RecommendedI’ve known Luis for many years I dealt with him a lot when I was a wholesale Nurseryman way back when he worked with Joe Carmona. Luis knows the nursery business inside and out and his staff are very knowledgeable. And Luis is widely known among Southern California Nurserymen as well. He’s a great guy. He has a very good selection of plants that do well in this climate. In my opinion it’s by far the best retail Nursery in Tulare County.
