Dr. Redondo is an amazing doctor—knowledgeable, caring, and someone I truly trust. Unfortunately, the office and billing experience has been very disappointing. I was told I could not make an appointment because of a $39 balance from 2023 unknowingly posted in Dec 2025, even though I had been seen multiple times since 2023 and my balance was always paid in full. Today was my first visit seeing Dr. Redondo. The front desk was very pleasant. Check in process was smooth. Very clean office. Dr. Redondo was amazing. He explained my issue to me and did not rush through my appointment. I'm very pleased with my visit!! Thank you all for OUTSTANDING service.
