Dr. Hernandez, performed an Rhizotomy/Ablation on my lower back. I had had extreme debilitating pain in my lower lumbar region, to where I could barely function without extreme pain 24/7. His procedure left me pain free for 13 yrs!!! I’ve been extremely happy!!! This last 2 months, my pain if coming back, because after all these years, the nerves have slowly grown back… So, I’m hoping to get an appointment with him, even tho he’s relocated 2 hours away, now!
