Called the office as a new patient with ear pain. Explained to the lady who answered the phone my last few weeks of dr visits with my PCP. She immediately said no new patient appointments were available until March. So I asked who can you refer me to for ear pain? She said go see your PCP, they can treat ear pain. She obviously DID NOT listen to the information I just told her about my last few weeks. Horrible & rude customer service.
Has anyone used the doctor to-remove a polyp from your vocal cord?
The doctor is good, but the ladies who work in his office are rude. They are snappy and have no patience whatsoever. If you do not like your job, quit. It seems like they are taking their personal problems out on the patients.
Excellent . Takes his time and thoroughly processes everything you are having issues with. He even took the time to make sure that my prescriptions weren't going to have drug interactions . He simply went above and beyond helping me at my appointment . I highly recommend him.
