Rude , seems to be the pattern. The nurse practitioners are great everyone else billing front desk rude and blame each other for errors haven’t met the doctor so no complaints about any of the visits themselves.
Hubby & I both go here. This is absolutely the best doctor’s office. Not corporate & I can tell the difference. Dr Fernandez is amazing, he listens, cares & helps. Entire staff is the kindest & caring, like Family. We are blessed to have found them when we moved here 3 years ago.
The Best Doctor in Charlotte County!!!!!!😃 He take time to listen to his patients. And gives his feed back. Very Caring. Guess that’s why his office is on Caring Way.
