Extremely rude staff I was just asking a question got my head bitten off it wasn’t the first time they have been rude many times ! They also said they would call back and did not for my sick 20 year old blood pressure problems, and pulse issues! Myself with my husband and my kids that go have had problems with all , you can’t count on them for calling back medication or anything else , which is one the big reasons you go ! I don’t get it done !!!
He is a great Doctor who understands the “CARE” part of patient care. He actually takes the time to listen to your concerns and together we make decisions to ensure that I am getting the best care needed for my particular situation.

Dr. Luis Fernandez is hands down the best Doctor I have ever had and I have been going to him for over 20 years. Patient, Kind, Professional and Caring. His associate Dr. Alla Stepanavo, is also very professional and kind........ If you go to the doctors office for any of your medical needs you will not be disappointed.
