Excellent doctor and very helpful and efficient staff. If i could give more stars I would! And working in Mayo I go by very high standards! Very impressive and highly recommended!
Cada vez que vengo a esta oficina paso un mal rato, dure 2 horas y me atendió una enfermera PÉSIMA, GROSERA, MAL EDUCADA cuando siempre pido exclusivamente verme con el doctor. El servicio es MALO. Jamás te atiende el médico y no les importas. La enfermera simplemente se sienta en la computadora y te dice todo bien. I’ve been to Dr. Anez for the last three years, and I have had a great experience each time I come in. They are very accommodating and listen to my concerns. This applies to his staff that help on each of my appointments, as well. Very happy with this office.
This Office has been nothing short of amazing. I’m not sure what rude staff members some people referred to, but customer service is excellent every visit of mine. Dr. Luis Anez and Dr. Remy Phillips, are also amazing as well. People don’t realize how hard it is to orchestrate a flowable system from the lobby, to the vital check station, then in office with Dr, which this facility is able to pull off with such high amount of volume of patients vs Staff.
