Doctor Anez is very caring and very nice. When it comes to the staff it's another story. I can never get a call back for nothing. When I call it's very hard to understand the Spanish people that work there and I speak Spanish!!!!. The people up front need to speak correct English. If you can avoid this place do it. This is the wort place you can visit for a doctor visit. They don’t see patients they see bills.
I've been a patient here for almost 2 years and I'm very happy. The staff is professional and organized. You can tell they really care about their patients. Dr. Anez is truly a wonderful doctor and really listens to his patients. His expertise is exactly what I was looking for in a primary physician.
I have been experiencing asthma symptoms for over a week now. I have been attempting to contact the doctor to call me, as he had previously advised me to call back if I felt unwell, indicating that I did not need to attend another appointment. And it had been not successful!! What services do you provide? I called twice today and it is not available to take any voicemail because it is full! I don’t recommend this new administration!!!
Excellent doctor and very helpful and efficient staff. If i could give more stars I would! And working in Mayo I go by very high standards! Very impressive and highly recommended!
