The Best and more kind Dr, office is nice ,personal good
Well my son has been in MHRC for 2 days. The doctor doesn't write in his chart. He dictates to a recorder that doesn't get put in the chart. The nurses at the facility can't relay his prognosis;.only his medications. They don't even know what the topic of group discussion today or even if my son spoke.Pathetic! P.s. they don't have enough beds and my son is sleeping on a mattress on the floor. The address there is 3333 20th st. jax fl 32209. I guess I will know everything when he gets released.
