The front office has no accountability. Started calling at 9am as I was in dire need of one sample and no one took it upon themselves to help me. Never again.

Could not be seen as a walk in today at 4 with an empty waiting area. I waited for 10 minutes only to over hear the receptionist say, “I’ll tell her she can’t be seen, I like giving the bad news!” Horrible experience! Never again!

Awesome Dr. would never think of seeing anyone else.....his staff is amazing and Jessica is the most wonderful person and PA on the planet. If you have not visited Dr. Delgado, you should.
