Getting a hold of the staff to leave message for practitioner is nearly impossible. The office phone rings until it disconnects. You can repeatedly call right back and still no answer. You have to physically go to the drs office and knock on the door/walk in to leave a message. While relaying my message at the office the phone began ringing and I asked twice if they needed to get the line but was ignored. The front office has no accountability. Started calling at 9am as I was in dire need of one sample and no one took it upon themselves to help me. Never again.
I trust them and ALL MY FAMILY GOES THERE Including my adult siblings and mother??

Could not be seen as a walk in today at 4 with an empty waiting area. I waited for 10 minutes only to over hear the receptionist say, “I’ll tell her she can’t be seen, I like giving the bad news!” Horrible experience! Never again!

Awesome Dr. would never think of seeing anyone else.....his staff is amazing and Jessica is the most wonderful person and PA on the planet. If you have not visited Dr. Delgado, you should.
