Very unprofessional office. 1. Made an initial appt. over a month in advance. 2. Gave them my insurance info at the time. 3. Came for my appointment, (early). 4. lady at the front said she is not sure they are in-network and she has to call the insurance company to make sure. 5. Supposedly were on hold with my insurance company FOR AN HOUR, during which time I just had to wait there, and could not be seen. Yo y mi madre somos pacientes del Dr. Gonzales y me sorprende los comentarios emitidos por varias personas los cuales se quejan de la actitud del doctor y yo en lo personal solo veo un Eficiente doctor que sabe lo que hace y que sabe lo que receta y que no descansa hasta encontrar el problema que le aqueja pero la mayorías estamos acostumbrado al relajo y a la saborosencia de muchos doctores que no se concentra en el problema médico si no en ser el payaso del paciente y el doctor Gonzales no tiene tiempo para eso YO RECOMIEN... read more
