I had a horrific fall and ended up with a split lip, fractured nose, and two 'goosebumps', one on my forehead and one by my eyebrow. I met Dr. Zapiach in the ER at Valley Hospital and after such a trying day he stitched up my lip with a lot of stitches to say the very least. As bad as the situation was that day he managed to calm me and made me feel very comfortable during the procedure. One of my kids decided it was time to do something to keep the furrowed brows and cross feet wrinkles from getting any deeper. The main concern, esp for a first timer, was that the outcome be natural. Without hesitation, I said I have your guy! Dr. Z followed his usual conservative approach, with the suggestion to my son to go minimal and return in two weeks... I am very pleased with Dr. Zapiach's recent treatment results. I truly appreciate his ongoing consistency with technique and attention to detail, which are the cornerstone of his practice. He has among many talents, a skill for assessing what improvements can be actualized, and how best to go about them. He aims for symmetry, and is big on a natural outcome. I continue to appreciate Dr. Zapiach's talents as a plastic surgeon, and also as the caring human-being he naturally is. I had an emergency. I injured my finger badly. I was very worried. Dr. Zapiach was very warm, funny, and made a bad time, less bad. He did a great job on my finger. He has a great staff too.

Dr. Zapiach is truly a rarity in the medical field. He is patient, kind, thorough and funny. Always very honest and does not push any services on you, in fact he will tell you flat out if something is unnecessary. Could not recommend him more.

August will make 7 years I've been going to this wonderfully talented and compassionate surgeon. I can attest to Dr. Zapiach's values, which are non negotiable. His talents I see every day on my "natural" looking face (and neck), which I attribute to his skills and patience. He will not be rushed, nor will he proceed with a procedure he doesn't believe is in the patient's best interest. He's always on top of the literature, what works, what he questions. His staff is great.Dr. Z is the best!
