Prompt, professional, and affordable. After my AC went out I had 5 companies in the area come out for quotes. Luiken's was second to show up and had the best overall price (after a cash and seasonal discount). They're scheduling was also quick, within a few days I had a new central air unit and AC. Installation only took 4hrs. I will be recommending them to anyone I hear talking about heating and cooling needs.
They worked with my schedule to get someone out as soon as possible when my AC was having issues. Lee was very professional, thorough, and explained everything to me. I have worked with a bigger company previously on this issue and I felt like all that company wanted to do was sell me a new furnace/AC. Lee really wanted to fix the problem for me and talked about all the possible options. Plus Luiken’s pricing was better. 100% will use them for all HVAC needs!
