If you are in the round lake beach community or surrounding area- avoid renting with Luigui Corrals Team. I rented a home from him for over 6 years and it was a horrible experience the last few years. When I first moved in the house was beautiful it had been re-done. I quickly noticed that it was done in a hurry and very cheaply. There was no washer and dryer in the house, nothing in the closets, no blinds. Luigi was amazing to work with. He provided outstanding service from the moment we started talking. I want to highlight his responsiveness was key. He got us to see some homes before they were even listed. He understood our must haves and gave very good opinion from his experience. Everything worked out great for us!
Luigui Corral's Team & Katherine were quick and responsive and able to find me the perfect first home in under a month. As a first time homebuyer they had the resources and walked me through the process step by step, explaining what everything meant whenever I had a question and gave recommendations where needed based on their own experience. Highly recommend this team!
