Management leaves bad taste! Pizza is awful. Not willing to try them EVER again due to management's unprofessional attitude and horrible customer service. Wish i could give ZERO stars!

Rather disappointed, maybe because our favorite waitress is gone. the service was very poor, the food took FOREVER, the waitress copped an attitude - where was customer service? Isn't this how a business stays IN business ? Where I came from customers are the cream of the crop
Had the sausage pizza delivered. Pizza was cold and the top of the pizza was floating in grease. Called the manager 2 nights ago. He or she said there is nothing they can do but replace it with another greasy pizza. Really! To top it of the manager never even talked to me. They said the sausage pizza will be greasy. Try Marcos or Beggers in Plainfield much better.
I was not impressed with this restaurant and the management. They do not honor coupons. So beware when trying to use them with their name on them. Got a pizza. Go to Autillos or Malnatis! much better!
I do like the pizza but the customer service has a lot to be desired. I like my pizza cut in pie shaped because I like crust on every piece. Well last time I ordered it came in square cut and I... thought they were just busy and let it go. So when I ordered today I told the girl what happened and she said they try but there is no guarantee. Well I thought they would try. When I got the pizza again it was cut wrong.
