The pizza was really good, Leslie our server and ONLY server was amazing, she is the one person show who does incredible. Not sure what the deal is but when we came last year the place was packed and took forever to be helped so we left. We gave them a second try and found out the reason, there is only one server (Leslie). She never got upset or frustrated, she was actually very pleasant. If you are going there just be patient.

We were in Gatlinburg for 4 nights and we order Luigi's Pizza 2 out of the 4!!! It was very good!!! They delivered to our hotel with no problems. All the employees were very nice, while ordering and delivery. We love pizza and chicken wings and we tend to always order pizza when we are on vacation. ( I guess that is our thing lol) Luigi's was reasonably priced, pizza and wings for $23. I definitely recommend!!
Worst service ever! We sure didn't get what we ordered and the waitress didn't care. Rolling her eyes, stomping around and they weren't even busy! Worst experience on our vacation.
Quoted 45 min- an hour but took over two hours. Asked for paper plates, but didn't get them. Order from Dominos or Poppa Johns.
