My wife and I usually love Luigi's but tonight we walked out after the customer service we received was completely unprofessional. We ordered almost an hour prior and our pizza was not even made when we went in to pick it up. One female employee was yelling and cussing at other employees. Two other employees were just standing around. There was another couple that was waiting as well and looked just as dissatisfied. I usually highly recommend Luigi's but tonight we walked out after witnessing the level of unprofessionalism.
after reading reviews we gave it a try.. they gave us the wrong crust but we were starving so we just ate it.. pizza is too salty. didnt like it over all. kid at the register was nice. place is too crowded & hot
Customer service could use some improvement.. ordered a pizza, said 45 minute wait.. waited.. came in and had to wait an additional 15 minutes because the order had not been started yet. Employees just standing around and cussing at each other. Very disappointed.
Ten out of ten would recommend always worth the drive and wait! Cheese balls are my favorite.

Excellent food. conscientious staff. They were busy but still felt we were served in a timely fashion. The cheesey garlic bread balls were the highlight. definitely try them out.
