Was really bummed with our Mothers Day experience. Luigi's was my favorite place to eat after church on Sunday's. Special Mothers Day menu eliminated all our favorites and no, they couldn't make it on request. Cappuccino I usually order came in a small glass mug instead of the traditional cappuccino cup and was mostly foam. Side salads that usually come with the entrees were eliminated " to make it easy on the kitchen staff". You had to pay extra to get one. Sprite? Nope-- all out. Slow service and over priced for minimal food! Our group of 7 went in for lunch on a Monday at 11:30 AM for 2 birthday celebrations to give us enough time and get us back by 1:00. We all got seated quickly and determined what we wanted quickly. We had 2 Chief Salads, one Garden salad, 2 lasagnas', one special and Banana Peppers w/pasta. If you want to wait an hour and a half for your food this is the place to go! Poor service and nothing but excuses from the waitress!
Staff always smiling and attentive. Rolls fantastic. Great lunch prices. Classy place. I'm a regular. Always hot in the joint though. I have to sit by window and open it
I had the chicken parm. It was so good I will order it next time!!
I was very impressed with the Waitresses and service! Our group of 8 had a wonderful dinner together. The food was perfect as well as the service!
Great food, and wonderful service! When my three year old didn't want to eat his dinner, they took him into the kitchen and let him help make a pizza!
