This office is always a problem when you need a refill or an appointment. The doctor himself is amazing. I wish I could stay on as a patient but every time I try to get a refill or an appointment it’s a fight with this one receptionist on the phone. Every single time. I’ve had it. She talks to patients as if we are her employees or subordinates. We call these places to get healthcare and to feel better, not to argue.
