I visited this establishment 3-15-24 its a new owner now... Joel Auto spa it's called The Guy that washed my car did a rush job.. Didn't wash my car good,Don't go to place no more the quality has went down hill...The person that washed my car Damaged my Door seal ripped it completely... I went down there and they called the owner came and took my Vin number down said he would pay to Fix it Gave me his number and has completely avoided me.... so do your self a favor and don't chance going to this establishment you will either... read more
Please stay away! New owner is not doing a good job. My experience at this car wash was disappointing. Not only did it take them over 2 hours to complete the work, but they also curbed my wheels when they took my car to park it on a side street due to being busy. I had previously left a review about this incident, but it seems to have been taken down. Overall, I'm not satisfied with the service provided and would caution others to be wary when visiting this establishment.
The new owner is terrible! They damaged my wheels badly and did a terrible job washing my car. When I dropped it off, the lady said it would take 2 hours, but it took even longer. When I finally got my car back, it was parked far away, dirty inside and out, with scratched wheels, all for a $50 car wash. It's a rip-off, so don't waste your money or time there.
