Forest is a perfectionist and we would highly recommend him. He helped install 23 windows and 2 doors in our 1929 French Tudor in Brentwood. It turned out amazing.

We hired Mr. ***** for a patio roof repair. Great experience! He came to give a bid withing 2 days of calling, and had the job done with in a week! Very thorough, knowledgeable, found what the problem was immediately and explained what our options were to fix it. He even sent us pictures of the process. We will definitely hire him again! Luhcs did a great job on my house. I needed various repairs - re-attached aluminum that came loose in the wind, securing loose soffits, sealed leaking porch roof, power washed siding, etc. I had some problems finding a contractor who would show up after the initial meeting, but Forrest showed up and did a great job, even dealing with some less than desirable weather. The owner was all about business. No monkeying around.stayed late on 1 occasion just to see job get pushed. My floors look AMAZING. They paid attention to detail and worked their tails off! This is one of the best contracting experiences I've had! Owners knew exactly what was required and I didn't have to look over their shoulders..I just got out their way! :) I LOOOOVE my floors and how all turned out.they clean up when they're done too. I was experiencing a leak in my basement. I found four general contractors and Luhcs was the third one on my list to contact to solicit a bid/estimate from. ******* ***** explained the best way to fix my basement leakage problem. In addition to quoting what I thought to be a reasonable price, his plan actually made sense to me. He and is crew came out and finished the job within two days. Thank you so much for your help. When our water heater had a big leak we called a plumber to fix it. Then we called another company to clean up the mess in our finished basement. The company to clean up the mess didn't show up. We called Luhcs Enterprises. They showed up and started work right away! The floor is clean the carpets are clean. All disinfected. Done fast.
