We had a great experience with Lugsnplugs Automotive in Colorado Springs. We called earlier this afternoon on New Year’s Eve day, and they surprisingly had availability, which we really appreciated. When we brought the car in, I met the owners Edward and Molly, and right away they were welcoming and professional. We have a 2014 Jeep JKU. It has at times been problematic. Edward has been exceptional in knowledge, service and pricing. I would not hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend him for all auto concerns and particularly your jeep needs.
Ed is and his wife Molly are just wonderful people. Very down to earth and straight forward. Do great work at very reasonable prices.
