We had a great experience with Lugsnplugs Automotive in Colorado Springs. We called earlier this afternoon on New Year’s Eve day, and they surprisingly had availability, which we really appreciated. When we brought the car in, I met the owners Edward and Molly, and right away they were welcoming and professional. I had the clutch replaced in my Jeep at LugsNPlugs and I’m very happy with it. Edward is an amazing mechanic and his shop is meticulously clean and organized. He offered various OE and OEM part selections to help fit my budget and he didn’t try to sell me on parts or services that I didn’t need. Moreover, he took the time to answer all of my questions. My Jeep runs excellent and shifts perfectly. I highly recommend this shop.
Best experience! 99 F150. LugsNPlugs should be your go to mechanics. After a failed DIY clutch change attempt on my part, I tried to get a mobile mechanic which recommended LugsNPlugs due to availability. So I got my truck towed to Ed. They were able to find the problemS and get them fixed. Yes I capitalized that ‘s’ on purpose. Absolute worst mechanic I’ve ever been to completely argumentative when asking simple questions and my car when I picked it up, came back to me with more issues than it went with. I do not recommend him. He overcharged me for the entire service and then tried to charge my card another time for the same amount complete rip off and not as well knowledge as he portrays.
