Terrible experience. They did not include plasticware as requested and we are on a road trip with no way to eat chicken parm and salads! The soup that we ordered also came in a coffee cup and was halfway full. It was a ridiculous portion maybe half a cup. When I called the restaurant to let them know what had happened. The lady hung up the phone on me. I’ve never had such a rude experience.
