Dealership with the nicest staff you’d ever want to meet and a nice selection of cars across brands. My experience from start to finish was very professional and caring. Never once did I feel pressured to buy anything I didn’t show interest in or stirred to pricier cars for their benefit. I recommend this dealership and hope everyone has the wonderful experience I had.
Lugoff Nissan sold me a oil change coupon for 4 oil changes at 4 for $99.00, my service maintenance light came on. I call and made an appointment. Went to the appointment and discovered that the coupon was only good for 5Qt of oil. I had to pay additional $23 and some change. I wasn't to please with the service. When they finished with my Nissan Titan I was not informed of the service was completed. Nor was I given the complimentary car wash. Not happy.
