My first visit. I purchased at a different dealership and we moved to this area. The service went well and my advisor, Derrick was great. I highly recommend Lugoff Nissan.
The intake representative was courteous and professional. The whole experience was pleasant. My only concern was the amount of time it took to complete an oil change and tire rotation. I think an hour and thirty minutes is excessive, especially when I watched the technician working on my car talking 15 minutes for every 8 minutes he worked.
Convenient drop off and pick up.
