Do not trust this company. It is a scam, at least that is what I am led to believe considering the actions on both the company and the store affiliated (FD express) I will not delete my review until I am refunded and proven otherwise. I booked luggage storage with them, paid and showed up the next day to find that the store had cancelled the booking but the company did not inform me, refund the money or respond to the stores cancellation.
