Thank you to the associate Irma for cleaning my jewelry when I requested😌
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing customer service! We visited the store to get a couple of watches from Tissot and Hamilton resized, and Jenny Lin who assisted us was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. She took her time to make sure everything was done perfectly and made the whole experience pleasant. Really appreciate her patience and professionalism. Thank you for such wonderful service! Highly recommended! Thanks Jenny Lin
Michael was a great help with replacing a screw pin that had come unscrewed and fallen out of my Oyster Perpetual with an extra one I had. And although being a service they do not advertise, it was done at no charge and replaced immediately. Excellent staff, very polite and very professional. I highly recommend coming here for any watch purchases/resizing and jewellery.
Had a wonderful experience here! I walked in during the evening to get my watch band adjusted, and Irma took care of it right away. She was super fast, friendly, and efficient. I definitely recommend this place!
Amazing experience with George! Ten years ago, George helped me choose my wife’s engagement ring, and 10 years later, he helped me choose our 10th anniversary ring. It was really special having the same person be part of both important moments in our lives. George was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making the experience special. Highly recommend George!
