5++ stars for Michael’s awesome customer service! My mom and I came to browse around for jewelry and Michael was friendly and patient with us. He offered us suggestions, payment plans, etc.. and we didn’t feel rushed in purchasing.

Visiting from out of town and was super excited to check out the luxury brands that I don't normally don't see back home. Came in super excited until the customer service completely disappointed me. I never got the associates name but to single him out, he was a Filipino gentleman. I was looking at the Longines watches, while the associate was helping other customers pick out a watch. Great people, Great service. I ordered four Hamilton watches from them. They were so great. One of the watches came on a nato strap, I wanted on a steel strap. They ordered it and gave it to me for free. I will not buy my watches anywhere else for now on. Best service period!
