My husband and I went to Metrotown recently, and dropped by Lugaro to check out some jewelries. Michael was so patient with us, recommending pieces that would fit what we’re looking for. We didn’t feel rushed or forced. No pressure at all. That made the whole experience very enjoyable and relaxed. We decided to think about it overnight, and went back the next day to purchase a ring I was trying on the previous day. Thank you, Michael. I was able to buy a beautiful piece that I really like. I brought in a stone to be made into a custom pendant for my wife. Jill was wonderful to work with. Went to other jewelers in town that said they don’t do custom with outside stones or straight up ghosted me when asked for a quote. Jill exuded extreme confidence in their team to do the job.
