I visited Lungaro Jewellers in Metrotown to have my watch resized and had the pleasure of being assisted by Michael, one of the sales associates. He was extremely helpful, professional, and completed the adjustment within five minutes. The service was efficient and seamless from start to finish. I highly recommend Lungaro and especially Michael for their outstanding customer service. Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had!
