A pleasant experience where Blanca and Jeannie were quite the exception to the all too common upscale retail shopping practices. I went to browse for a unique piece for my wife. They were gracious and most accomodating in my indecisiveness. They knew my price point and tried very hard to stay and work within it. It was their lack of pushiness that actually prompted me to spend a little more than I had initially intended, but no worries, it was fun and my wife adores the piece I chose for her. Kudos and thank you again.
