The HOA is crazy! I am contracted with their lawn company and pay them for my front lawn, then I pay the lawn company they selected extra money to maintain the side and backyard. The company they selected is not performing so now this HOA is sending me post cards saying I have to fix my weeds. What they need to do instead is send their notice and fine to the company they selected and have them fix our lawns. I can't speak for the experience of other buyers in Lugano, but I can say my son wanted to live in the Haile area and bought a home here and while the house was already two years old and not under warranty, my son has been very happy. He has been living here almost a year and is grateful he bought here instead of an older home in the Haile area. And I know he's not alone because we have met some really happy neighbors!
