I recently had a hidden goose neck installed in my truck the quote given was 800. When installed I was charged 1100. Two weeks later I drove to pick up a horse trailer out of state and plugged in the connector and it didn't work come to find out after spending a 100. On testers and fuses they never plugged anything in and on top of this they lowered the spare tire for room to work and never tightened it back up so it was flopping around under the truck 2nd bad experience at lufts i will not be going back there
