I'm only giving a one star because I have to.....I bought a 2014 **** Explorer Sport less than 2 years ago. Had a couple of things that they repaired, and it took several months for the parts to come in. Only had a few month after before it went into the shop for a $3000 unexpected repair, this was after a $300 tow bill. Which I am still paying for (loan). The car is all computer screens....no gages etc, not even under settings. So if it's losing oil pressure or something along those lines you will not know untill its someth... read more

75-80% of people don't trust car dealerships! Lufkin Ford "is" the PERFECT EXAMPLE!!! Lufkin Ford uses Trade-ins as Taxi's RACKING UP mileage far beyond their advertisement for that vehicle The Value of that vehicle is assessed "mainly" by the mileage. Lufkin Ford doesn't bother changing the sale price to the REAL APPRAISAL PRICE! The car we bought had been wrecked and "NEVER DISCLOSED"!!! Go ahead, Roll the Dice! ******* sold my wife and I, a 2018 F-350 6.7 Powerstroke Dually Diesel with like 72k miles. This was in August of 2022. I expected small issues since it was used but supposedly had been through their 172 point service inspection. We left for ******* like 2 weeks after purchase. Took it into ********* **** in ******* to be checked for services when we arrived.
