She was professional, answered all my questions, and was very kind. And I can use it today. Woo-hoo! Later, I had not moved my items in as quickly as I had expected, and I got an alert from KO, checking on me. I called and spoke to A.J. He confirmed my account and verified the date I expect to move. He was helpful, courteous and encouraging.
