They got me all the info and pics for me since I was over 2 hours away so I could make an informed decision
Dealer didn't want to do an even swap for my 2016 Ford Escape Se or even see it at all! They said it wasn't worth the 11k like theirs was. Even though mine had lower mileage 86k and they think theirs is better. Owner told salesman not to take the risk! My vehicle is in perfect condition and only reason I was selling it was because it became too small and I wanted more luxury! I wouldn't recommend this dealer at all!

Salesman was extremely rude. Would not listen to anything I was saying. I tried to explain to him what the bank had said and he belittled me and told me "Good day do not contact me no more"
