They propped a door open with no safety measures in place. A dog named Lucy got out and has been missing for almost 3 weeks. This is 100% the groomers fault yet he has done nothing to help this family find their dog. Will not even hang up missing dog posters in his shop. He is now blaming the dogs parents. Who does that the dog was in his care. I would not take my pets there not a safe place for your dog. Should be helping find Lucy instead of making excuses. Again this is 100% on him.
The shop abuses animals. Money hungry. Stay away.
