Cigna has requested records from them for weeks which is keeping me from getting paid on Christmas. I put in documents to get my records and imaging, took nearly three weeks and no imaging was sent. For as big of an office and as much as I've paid them it blows my mind they could care so little.
I was very happy with the efficiency and speed in which everything was taken care of. I was perfectly happy with the treatment that I received from the doctors and their staff.
Dr. Graves is excellent. His bedside manner is wonderful, due to the fact that he is meticulous about making sure the patient understands all the risks and benefits of all procedures offered. I woke up from surgery completely free of the nerve pain that has been so burdensome for the last year!
Both doctors and staff are professional and friendly. I leave feeling confident that I got the highest level of care.
