RecommendedProfessional customer service from staff to Dr. Herrin was great, he listen to my issues and took proper care for me.
I live in East Peoria and drive to see the Orthopedic Center. The staff and doctors are friendly and helpful when asking questions. It is so helpful to have everything you need right in their facility instead of going to the hospital for X-rays and PT. Highly recommend this facility.
Dr. Romanelli is patient and answered all my questions. The office is efficient and easy to work with.
Dr Ludwig have a sense of relieve in telling me I will my need surgery. He also thought my problem might be a pinched nerve for that I am most greatly. Every time I g o to OCI everyone has been courteous to me I will return when I need expert care .
Dr. Seneca was both informative and sensitive to my concerns.
Dr. Herrin and his staff were very caring and helpful. I would recommend him and the orthopedic center to anyone who needed orthopedic care.
Dr. Romanelli is a great knee surgeon as I have had both knees replaced now, 1 year apart. His staff is very caring and professional. The surgical scars are minimal and cosmetic. Great team effort. Thank you.
