They have a very good team of Dr’s . My experience has been with two Drs and am very satisfied with both.
I have seen 5 doctors at OCI and am preparing to see #6 soon for carpal tunnel surgery. I like every one of them!
What a horrible place. Dr bender shows up late for surgury and I had to leave. then he rescedules the next while Dr. Van Fleets nurse chastizes me about the importance of getting it done. I was rudely told to speak up on the phone and when I spoke up I was hung up on. when I tried to file a complaint about no pain relief for my known pain while waiting a month and a half for their injection shot and asked to switch Dr.s they told me they wouldn't see me any more. thats right, they took my money and ran.
Dr. Williams and his staff treat me with kindness and respect. I am confident that the treatment Dr. Williams recommends is the absolute best solution for the problem I am experiencing.
I went to the clinic in Lincoln to see Dr. Maender. He did a thorough job of examining my shoulder and explaining my diagnosis. I would recommend him to my family and friends.
