I am so thankful for Dr. Maender and his team! They were amazing. I had broken my shoulder and the first surgery done by a different doctor created all kinds of problems. I can't express how happy I am with all that has transpired in the two months I have been coming to OCI. A wonderful nurse I know works for Dr. Williams. When my regular Dr's organization wasn't working to my liking on a workers comp case, she went above and beyond to set me at ease and get me seen. Explaining how things would work. I'm really disappointed. My daughter suffered 2 herniated disks in August. It was difficult to get an appointment, which they rescheduled, messing up my daughter's short-term disability. When we finally got into the first appointment, we talked to someone who turned out not to be the doctor. Then the doctor says she's to stay off work until she has 6-8 weeks of therapy. I cannot say thank you enough to Dr. Van Fleet and his staff. It was so nice to be heard after all these years!
Dr Romanelli did a total knee replacement on my left knee in November 2015 and most recently on my right knee July 9 2018. I would recommend Dr Romanelli and OCI to anyone who is suffering with knee pain. They are the best. Very professional. Always returns phone calls the same day. Very prompt w appointments times also. My experience has.been wonderful since I started going to OCI in 2015. I only wished i had changed ortho drs sooner than 2015!

Not at all satisfied with the care I received. I felt like the doctor rushed through my appointment and did not listen to what I was trying to tell them.

Not crazy about the billing policies or the physical therapy when it is obviously hurting more than helping. Seems knowing there is insurance involved gave them the privilege to continue at $370+ a session. Insurance covered some, but now on the hook for several hundred that was a waste. There was a $50 co-pay for our last visit. They said I owed 630+. My receipt said $50. They charged the 638 after i left!
