The cleaning ladies only do the bare minimum..never go above an beyond and seem irritated if you ask them to do something. They never do everything the state is the basic service. My main issue is when I called about being unhappy about a cleaning I received. The cleaning lady didn't mop my floors, left glass marks on my glass tables and marks on my tile in the kitchen where she clearly didn't clean.
