I live in an apartment complex they own in Indiana, and since taking over from previous owners everything has gone downhill with the property. I'm looking for somewhere else to live as maintenance requests always go unanswered and there is never anyone in the office to speak with regarding other tenants breaking rules making my apartment unlivable, as well as raising my rent 300 dollars this year with absolutely no changes being made.
Ludwig currently owes my company $17,000 in invoices! They contract work out tell you it’s approved and then back track to say that the owners aren’t approving payments. This management company are absolute slum lords. They don’t take care of their properties, tenants, or contractors.
Contractors beware!!!! they don't like to pay!
horrible business, hard to get a hold of anyone, and did I mention they do not pay their invoices!
Capitalmax Investments LLC provided cleaning services to Companual Ludwig for over a year. Despite our repeated emails to corporate, billing, and the invoicing department, we have not received any response regarding outstanding payments. The company owes us over $9,000 in unpaid invoices. We have also sent a formal letter through our attorney, yet we still have not received any update or communication.
