Capitalmax Investments LLC provided cleaning services to Companual Ludwig for over a year. Despite our repeated emails to corporate, billing, and the invoicing department, we have not received any response regarding outstanding payments. The company owes us over $9,000 in unpaid invoices. We have also sent a formal letter through our attorney, yet we still have not received any update or communication. Contractors beware of doing business with Ludwig. We completed work almost 4 months ago and still have not been paid. Company acknowledges they have invoice but bills are only paid when "owners approve and want them to be paid". No longer returning calls and no idea if we will ever get paid without legal intervention. Shady business practices here.
Our company sold a property to Ludwig. In the process, a pickup of our copier that was scheduled to be returned to the company we lease from, was refused for return when the driver arrived. I reached out to the company to explain the process of the exchange and that the copier was not included in the sale. Luckily, we recorded the entire ordeal. My disabled neighbor had asked me to be her individual advocate out of fear of being alone for a confrontation and the office doing highly illegal things, like refuse her copies of paperwork shes asked for. I agree, as I've advocated for many families before and not new to the subject of tenant rights or disability rights. By far the WORST rental company we’ve ever dealt with. THANK GOODNESS someone bought them out and took over our property. Ludwig made it hard for the new people to take over but thankfully, these new managers actually care. Far more has been replaced and repaired on our property in ONE WEEK of these new managers than the 6 years under Ludwig.
