I have several issues that are not being addressed. First insects(ants ,gnats,and something that chews some unknown substance and it ends up on windows top/bottom. Its been two and a half months and no action taken. Another issue is windows in living room are now for the second time are leaking, only worse. .I love my appt & have made many friends. Ludwig needs to come here and see how things are in need of repair. Too much to tell, except beware ask questions before signing a lease.
Ludwig does not pay their bills. Been 7 months trying to collect. No reply, blown off seeking a lawyer now
I live in an apartment complex they own in Indiana, and since taking over from previous owners everything has gone downhill with the property. I'm looking for somewhere else to live as maintenance requests always go unanswered and there is never anyone in the office to speak with regarding other tenants breaking rules making my apartment unlivable, as well as raising my rent 300 dollars this year with absolutely no changes being made.
Ludwig currently owes my company $17,000 in invoices! They contract work out tell you it’s approved and then back track to say that the owners aren’t approving payments. This management company are absolute slum lords. They don’t take care of their properties, tenants, or contractors.
Contractors beware!!!! they don't like to pay!
