They have turned things around and you can really feel like a part of the company. Great people that are hard working and love being here every day.
This is one of the worst companies I have ever worked for!!! They leave horrible employees in place and get rid of the honest good ones. The upper management is terrible and they have younger regional managers that have no clue. Bad all the way around! Only one super great regional named Veronica.
Worst owners we've had yet. Since they started I've been non stop getting violations because of favoritism. We have been a pet property for about 5 years now, even have a dog park but there not willing to accept our animals. They don't care about shelters being in crisis or that I've exhausted all my pet rehoming options. I'm on disability and explained that our last owners of 2 years were not doing their jobs correctly and wasn't on site hardly ever for anyone to even pay rent or do recertification. I live in apartments in Indiana managed by this incompetent company. They made a bunch of changes and we have one incompetent maintenance person who can't complete a simple job in less than a week. My water tank is leaking and once been inconvenienced for 1.5 weeks already and still have the issue. Granted this hasn't been the only issue since the take over by Ludwig.
