horrible business, hard to get a hold of anyone, and did I mention they do not pay their invoices!
Capitalmax Investments LLC provided cleaning services to Companual Ludwig for over a year. Despite our repeated emails to corporate, billing, and the invoicing department, we have not received any response regarding outstanding payments. The company owes us over $9,000 in unpaid invoices. We have also sent a formal letter through our attorney, yet we still have not received any update or communication. Contractors beware of doing business with Ludwig. We completed work almost 4 months ago and still have not been paid. Company acknowledges they have invoice but bills are only paid when "owners approve and want them to be paid". No longer returning calls and no idea if we will ever get paid without legal intervention. Shady business practices here.
Our company sold a property to Ludwig. In the process, a pickup of our copier that was scheduled to be returned to the company we lease from, was refused for return when the driver arrived. I reached out to the company to explain the process of the exchange and that the copier was not included in the sale.
