Had eye surgery. The office Automatically schedules your Post Operatvie checks at 14 days. So got charged for post op rechecks. Come to find their guideline is to bill post op checks AFTER 10 days. They automatically make the appointments fir patients at 14 days. This is NEVER told to the patient. We are just advised of dates of the post op recheck. In spite of them Acknowledging to me this is not a good practice they refused to change or correct this and charging me.

Found them devoid of compassion. Draconian procedures blamed on virus; not practiced by other healthcare providers. Would not let me as a support person be with my wife during her appointment. If I was a dog there wouldn't have been a problem. In my opinion this is assembly line healthcare at its worst. The process seems more important than people. Recent visits to cardiologist, gyn, and dentist no problem; screening , mask and we were good to go TOGETHER. Wife almost fell after appt. because I wasn't there to assist. Great... read more
Just had second eye surgery. I had an excellent experience both times. Highly recommend!!
Fantastic nurses! Excellent bedside manor! The surgeon was patient and fantastic. I knew what was happening all the way. Very pleasant experience
They do a thorough job. Takes a long time still here eyes are dilated now. But excellent people
My visit to Ludwick Eye Center on October 18, 2019, was very enjoyable. My Technician, Jenn was very curiosity, polite and very informative. Jenn took her time which made by visit less stressful. My Scriber, Amanda was very helpful to Dr. Weigel. All three worked together as Team. I would recommend to anyone in our community.
I had laser cataract surgery on both eyes, right eye Aug 2019, and left eye Sep 2019. Dr Ludwicks was the surgeon and he treated me with kindness, consideration and professionalism. He took the time to explain all information regarding the need for surgery. The nurses and staff were great and always helpful. Appointment at 1:50 p.m. Still sitting here at 2:30 p.m. No mention that the doc was running behind ... nothing. At the very least, it would be nice to get a heads up upon check-in that the wait might be longer than expected.
