Absolutely unbelievable care and compassion from Dr. Jeanne. She took great care of our beloved cat Rita. When it was Rita's time to go to heaven, Dr. Jeanne made the process so peaceful and came so quickly despite being out all day on a Saturday. Our little angel is in a better place because of her loving support.
Dr. Ludlow has been seeing my cats for at least 10 years now. She is really great with them even though they are not always thrilled with her…. She’s proactive about their care and at the same time always looking at the expense of care. I recently had to have my cat put to sleep. I was very upset at losing her. Dr. Ludlow was so gentle and really made the whole experience better.
She is just the best
If possible, I would give 0 stars. I hate to write a negative review. But, it's very necessary at this point. Dr. Ludlow made the experience of putting our dog down very uneasy, horrific, and uncomfortable. We were unable to grieve properly because she was "out of sorts" from the moment she arrived. Needless to say, she did take on our dog as a "new client" during a global pandemic (which was her choice)... I do give credit for that one piece.
