I saw the USS Badger over 20yrs ago. I had to go back to see it when I wasn’t in town for business. Ludington is a quaint cozy town. Very clean tourist town! Try and visit some local restaurants instead of chain restaurants. I had great luck!
Very beautiful beach town with amazing sand and lots of trails.
Ludington is a nice place for vacations! Get off the Badger and go to Sportsman’s for a nice lunch, then go over to Ludington State Park for a nice view of the lake and a fun time! After that, go book a hotel room, swim in Lake Michigan and shop downtown!
