I was talked out of doing 3 steps because it would cost extra. I was willing to pay extra and I feel like the quality of work and concrete was excellent but I did not get 100% of what I wanted done. So to me it looks incomplete as is.
The men who worked on the driveway were courteous and knowledgeable. If you could call the finished product "pretty," I'm saying just that. .....love my pretty driveway.
Technically proficient, excellent quality, hard working, efficient with time and materials. Responsive.
Very hard working crew! Experts at setting grade of driveway to obtain maximum water runoff. They use the very best concrete,rebar and base gravel. Very professional. Would hire them again without hesitation.
We phoned Ludemann Construction for an estimate on several projects at our home requesting the new side porch be completed by the fourth of July. Jeremy came the same day and gave us an estimate. The gutter guard was installed on our home within a few weeks. The foreman and his crew came a few days later. They tore out the old porch, hauled all the debris away and created a concrete porch, two steps, a beautiful rod iron handrail with a concrete walkway that attaches to the driveway.
