RecommendedBeen using Lucy's for the past couple years. Her crews are always prompt, efficient, thorough, and courteous. The reminder texts the day prior are always appreciated. Lucy is also willing to adjust to our schedule, should we need a cleaning done before hosting an event. Easy to get in touch with and easy to work with.
The lack of communication is terrible. I’ll be going somewhere else.
I messaged them via Facebook and left a voice message on Tuesday to inquire about services (and defined where I live). I was told someone would call me "shortly." No one ever called. I called again two days later and someone answered and told me they don't service my area (Caldwell). It would have been nice to have had that response ... two days later and I'm starting over. They flunked basic communication 101.
Lucy and the crew came to my kitchen. It is small but every disaster that could happen had happened. Left top off blender. Spilled bowl of soup when refrigerator door was open. Couldn't reach my range hood that well. Miscellaneous spatters and spots. I don't even want to discuss my sink and floor. They worked miracles and I felt so good with a clean kitchen I was able to get some crafting done. It really does take a load off to have the place cleaned.
