Discovering this place was an awesome experience both for myself and my family! I have a newly found gluten intolerance that appeared back in May, and navigating this sudden change has been rather difficult. Discovering Basics Co-Op and having the opportunity to try such a wide variety gluten-friendly options has been a bit of a game changer. There is a selection of light prepared food such as sandwiches and coffee drinks to eat in the cafe area. I appreciated the vegan options on the menu.
