I’ve been trying to reach them since they filed a W-2 with my personal information when I have never worked with them, and they have failed to cooperate do not trust them or give them your personal information at all

Lucy is great at what she does. She was very friendly and hospitable. She prepared 3 tax year returns for us and had us out the door within an hour. She was very informative regarding a specific situation. She gave good advise and the next steps how to take care of the situation.
