Ive been a customer for over 5 years and sad to say I wont be coming back. While being recommended to another salon for more money, I chose to come here because I always get my hair done here and trusted them with my hair. I had made my appointment for a balayage and showed pictures of what I wanted and explained my previous concern when I got it done by them the year prior (not fully being blended and the harshness of the bleach).
