Gorgeous bouquets! I had a client recently bring two bouquets for a gender reveal, and we were impressed with how beautiful they were. We plan to recommend them to future clients!
Please check this worker - Jasmine or whomever is picking up the direct line. Extremely rude to customer despite asking a simple question. Very defensive and not trying to help. Have been a loyal customer but no more due to this person. I have never met such a rude individual who complains about customers asking questions in my life.
The flowers were beautiful. They arrived - hand-delivered - exactly when expected and precisely what I ordered. Great experience overall. I will absolutely be going through Lucy's for flowers moving forward.
Great Buisness, flowers last a long time. Lucy and her family are lovely people, highly recommend this place to get flowers!
