The most beautiful bouquets I have ever ordered. Their customer service is exceptional very professional and friendly! I would definitely order from them again and recommend them highly.
You should not go to this shop for flowers. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was so disappointing I felt like I had to say something. The owner was immediately rude, condescending, and dismissive for no reason. On top of that, she made a few really offensive, inappropriate and frankly racist comments about hispanic people—completely uncalled for and honestly disgusting.

Absolutely gorgeous flowers year-round and the staff is extremely accommodating. I had a very last minute order and despite it being likely one of their busiest holidays they were still able to fit my order in. Couldn’t recommend more, we will definitely be back. Thank you Lucy’s!
