I have been ordering flowers from Lucy's Flower Shop for many years now. We live in upper Westchester, but my wife works at a NYC school down on Marion Ave., and I only come to the Bronx VA once a week. I started ordering from them about 7 years ago (when we got married). Every time I forget, or am late for any occasion...whatever it is...Valentines Day, etc...(but of course, not our anniversary. I never forget that), they ALWAYS come through for me.
