Francisco was very efficient and professional. I described what our family wanted for a loved ones funeral, he had several pictures samples to offer. All arrangements were beautiful and delicate, very appropriate. High quality flowers with very fair prices and excellent service. Thank you to the Lucy's Florist family once again. the cross to the right was what i was expecting and instead they made me the one to the left! almost $300 for that cross while the other was $200 and looked so much more full. SUPER DISAPPOINTED!
