I swear on my life that I'm only giving it one star because the app won't let me give less, but I swear I've paid much less for this service before because I've had it done for over 10 years, and you can't tell me this is the result when I clearly know what the result should be. Booked a last minute appt a week ago to get my haircut and was pleasantly surprised that the person cutting my hair paid a lot of attention to detail and made sure I was happy the with the cut along the way . Will be back as it’s close and convenient to my house.

Experience was okay, though the stylist didn’t speak to me at all (except for 2 seconds at the beginning to ask me what I wanted). I got a few inches cut off to have a bob, but the stylist gave me face framing/curtain bangs (which I didn’t ask for, I asked for a plain blunt bob). The guy asked me if I wanted to dry my hair which I thought was odd, but come to find out at the end of the appointment that having my hair dried cost an extra $50.
